No Guarantee of Financing

Important Disclaimer: Alliance Financing Group does NOT guarantee that you will obtain financing. While we work diligently to match you with appropriate lenders, final financing decisions are made exclusively by our lender partners based on their own credit assessment, risk evaluation, and lending criteria.

Factors that may affect your chances of obtaining financing include:

• Personal credit history and credit score
• Financial statements and business revenue
• Type and amount of financing requested
• Business industry and market conditions
• Collateral or security available

If a lender declines your application, you may request a referral to alternative lenders. However, we cannot guarantee approval from any lender.

User Obligations and Representations
